#PinkFitJourney

I have not written on my blog in what seems like foreverrrrrrr, but today is a new day, amen! I am going to be writing about my weight loss process for accountability and I want to be as raw and honest as possible. Today 10/19/2016 is the first day of my journey on shakeology and I am very, very excited! I am starting this new journey because I have PCOS and my Doctor said I am borderline diabetic, 😳uh yikes!
My first "wonderful wednesday" morning weigh in and I am tippin' the scale at 150lbs, OM to the G ...DAAAANG!!! I have NEVER weighed this much in my life and I am only 5ft short! Even when I was 7 months (I say 7 months because that's how far along I got in my pregnancy, lol) pregnant I weighed way less. Before my pregnancy I was fitting a size 1 and/or 3 depending on the jeans, now I am in the size 9/10, ugh. I did my first workout today and Lawd have mercy I really wanted to throw up, it was tough but glad the lady in the video kept repeating don't quit because that is exactly what I wanted to do. I was uh-huffin' n uh-puffin' 💨
The shake was the bomb dot com, taste like a caramelized Starbucks frappuccino! Y'all... I seriously bought a new blender just for my shakes, that and I just wanted to get rid of my 3 crappy ones with dull blades. Anyways I added to my shake 1/2 cup of almond milk and 1/4 of of coconut milk. I also put 1/2 of an organic banana and 1 tsp of organic peanut butter with 12 ice cubes which made the consistency nice and thick. I drank it for breakfast after the workout and after I showered... so by the time it came to drink it... I devoured it! Yummy yummy in my tummy 😝 I will try to blog once a day for this first 21 day challenge! I will do what I call my "wonderful wednesday weigh in" every Wednesday from now (since I started on a Wednesday) on to see the progress! Later on I will post my before pic in an small outfit I bought for when I lose the weight so it will be tight and look all kinds of wrong, 😂 haha! Until tomorrow peeps, toodles!💪

  1. Awesome read! When exercising, and when you want to give up, just do one more sit-up, one more crunch or 1 more whatever you're doing even though it hurts. That's what I do and it's paying off. Kudos to you lady!! Look forward to reading more from you. :-)
