Hi there guys! Wow, it's been a while (since the 2nd, so 5 days now) since I blogged one reason being I was super busy and the other reason because I was working and refuse to blog on the weekends unless need be.
Well I hope you are all doing well, as for me and my journey I am still hanging in there and going strong; BUT I have a confession! Okay so during the weekend at work I was talking with my friend Lily which has started her journey on being fit as well (proud of you girl) but we were wondering what to eat for the night since it's a loooong 12 shift. Well let's just make a long story short after talking with a guy from work who use to workout a lot; he stated to have one day of rest (like a cheat day) and to eat carbs so the muscles can rebuild themselves...soooo we had chinese food delivered, lol. It was soooo yummy and worth it! With that being said I decided to weigh myself and went up a pound, so I will work hard to shed two pounds off before Weigh in Wednesday!
