21 Day Results!!

    So finishing today with Wonderful Weigh in Wednesday and I have more confessions y'all!! Ok, so I missed like three days of my shake and I also ate some junk because I had a girls day last night and it was worth it!! I thought I would have gained more but Thank you Jesus I didn't. Last time I checked the scale I went back up to 142.5 lbs but I lost another half a pound and  that is because of my portions. That and I also did not work out for two days but I going to go hard for one or two more weeks and then enjoy my Thanksgiving!!

Just keeping it real here, I could have done better!


I hope to see better results and to not have so many cheat days lol except for my birthday (11/12) I am just going to enjoy that day to the fullest even though I work! I will keep blogging updates of my journey till I reach my all time goal and can finally wear and look nice in that outfit I bought.  Anyways have a blessed day y'all and spread love not hate. God is still God and will always be in control over my life so I am happy and trust and rely on him so ..Amen. Toodles ttyl

Confession, Confession!!

    Hi there guys! Wow, it's been a while (since the 2nd, so 5 days now) since I blogged one reason being I was super busy and the other reason because I was working and refuse to blog on the weekends unless need be.

    Well I hope you are all doing well, as for me and my journey I am still hanging in there and going strong; BUT I have a confession! Okay so during the weekend at work I was talking with my friend Lily which has started her journey on being fit as well (proud of you girl) but we were wondering what to eat for the night since it's a loooong 12 shift. Well let's just make a long story short after talking with a guy from work who use to workout a lot; he stated to have one day of rest (like a cheat day) and to eat carbs so the muscles can rebuild themselves...soooo we had chinese food delivered, lol. It was soooo yummy and worth it! With that being said I decided to weigh myself and went up a pound, so I will work hard to shed two pounds off before Weigh in Wednesday!

Wonderful Weigh in Wednesday!!!





    Hello ladies and gents, we are gathered here today to see what my progress has been so far!! Well I will not keep you waiting I will keep it short and sweet. So I started with 150lbs on 10/19/16 and today is day 15 on my #pinkfitjourney. I weighed in first thing in the morning and here it is...

Y'all I'm excited only 1.5 lbs left to loose this 1st round of 21 days!!


    I encourage anyone out there who is thinking  about loosing weight to start now. Any little change helps, any small step helps. Replace soda with water and if need be, have a soda once a week or a sip a day. Progress is progress! Btw I stated the other day that I was going to post a comparison photo of how many calories I burn working out with the video oppose to when I do my own thing. 



    This was the other day when I did the 21 day fix video. I burned less calories than I wanted but I will say that Autumn's workouts are more challenging than me just dancing in my garage. Either way guys find what works best for you and stick to it. Ttyl, toodles!

21 Day Fix, Day 14 (Shakeology)

YAY!!! My friend posted this and I am excited to talk about Christmas!! 
I really enjoy Christmas in July, lol. I get this warm cozy feeling as if I were a child all over again, it's awesome! The excitement is real.
 
  This is the day that the Lord has made I will rejoice and be glad in it!! Omg and indeed I was rejoicing when my sister called me to remind me about FREE Chick-fil-A breakfast toady!! After dropping my son off at school I drove to our town's Chick-fil-A and got a free chicken biscuit. I know what y'all are thinking "Really Yei, fast food?" but I behaved, I promise. I only had the chicken (protein) with a small portion of the biscuit (carbs) and I walked most of it off as I went Christmas shopping for 2 hrs at Walmart and Bealls Outlet.



    I still haven't worked out today because I had a bunch of things to do. Also I still haven't had my shake but I will have it for dinner. I have learned to trick my cravings and curb them by alternating what I like to eat with a slightly better choice. For example I love chips but I really can't eat those everyday and expect to see a difference to my body. So I bought flavored almonds and eat about 5-10 of them to get my fix in lol. Also, I bought snacks that stay under 100 calories that way I don't binge eat when it comes to lunch and dinner.

    One of my besties (Mickey) came over and she was like "Wow Yei you look thinner. Your belly has gone down a lot and your neck area looks thinner too." I was like Really?! I almost cried y'all! Finally someone else other than my husband and myself sees a difference in my outward appearance!! WOOT WOOT! Anyways after I finished blushing (lol) I cooked us a healthy lunch of swai fish and a salad and it came out berry berry good. Well my lovely peeps I am even more motivated to workout and keep running the good race! Toodles.
